of the said duties for the Borough aforesaid an exact duplicate
of this account which contained my Oath that Requisitions were
delivered or left at the dwelling Houses of the several Inhabitants
returns and made or Charged by me to the best of my knowledge or
belief that they are liable to these duties hereby Certified to be due
from them
