I James Allan Surveyor aforsaid do hereby certify that upon carefull
Examination of the foregoing several rates and duties they amount to
Three hundred fifteen pounds, sterling & that upon
the 1st. day of December Currt. [Current] I delivered to Mister Thomas Wingate Collector of the
said duties a duplicate of the said Account duly examined & compared with
the foregoing which contained my Oath that notices were left with or at the several
Inhabitants or at their dwelling Houses that they were to be charged with the sums
[certified to be due from them]
