A Stream or burn taken its rise in the farm of Muntlock and runs in a Southerly direction for about one half mile it then Changes its Course & runs in a Westerly direction to its influx with the Irish Channel. It forms the boundary between landed proprietors The Earl of Stair's and Col. [Colonel] McDouall's & Sir John McTaggart's. There are several Small Streams runs into this burn in its course to the Irish Channel. |
