031 [Situation] 1 1/2 miles NW by N [North West by North] of Drumore A small hill now on the lands of Kilstay the surface of which is [arable] land it was formerly held as a farm by itself which contains about 44 acres of land - but is now let with Kilstay farm, on it is a cotter house & ruins. the house & barn is in middling repair, it is the property of Colonel McDowall of Logan. This place probably takes its name from the word Coir a place of justice or right.
