An irregular Curved Street leading from the junction of Church St. Sun Street and Lewis Street to the Junction of Castle St. with Hanover St. the houses in this Street are from one to two Stories high part Slated and part thatched. In it are two public houses also a Smith's Shop the inhabitants are chiefly mechanics and Labours. This Street is paved and drained. On the South Side of this Street is the Relief Church a plain Stone building erected in 1820 -1 cost about £800 number of Sittings 647. The minister is Revd. [Reverend] John McGregor
