015 The Name applies to a Cave which is Situated in the face of a perpendicular Rock . a Short distance above H.W. M . [High Water Mark] The entrance is not very wide, and nearly fronts the Sea, It extends for a considerable distance into the Cliff. It lies between the Dove Cave, and Sheepfield Shore. (a Trigl. [Trigonometrical] Station) but quite near the latter.
"SHEEPFIELD SHORE" "Sheepfield Shore" 015 The Station Stands on the Top of a precipice which has no particular Name. It is Called by Trig [Trigonometrical] Party "Sheepfield Shore" but it is not recognised in the Country by that name.
