017 A narrow stream which takes its rise from Surface water in Touch Moor, and, after a winding course, falls into the River Forth about one half Mile N.E. [North East] of Touch House. For about ¾ of its Course it is rapid, having a rocKy bed, the remainder Sluggish, flows through level ground on a bed of gravel. Its banKs are low.
