010.11 A Rapid River flowing nearly in a southerly direction from where it joins the Parish and leaves the County of Perth till it joins the River Forth east of Craigforth Cornmill and north west of Kildean and south of Netherton Farm Steading, with the exception of the portion north of the Bridge of Allan its bands are low and grassy and at [la-] Floods a great part of the adjacent low ground is Flooded, north of the Bridge of Allan till it leaves the Parish its banks are Steep and partly wooded. There is only one Stone Bridge on it on the Turnpike Road from Stirling to Crieff and one over it on the Railway in the Parish but it has two Fords there are two Mill Dams on it above the Stone Bridge one for the Paper Mill and the other for the Bleach Mill it forms the boundary for about half a mile between the Parishes of Logie and Lecropt before it joins the River Forth
