010.07 ; 010.11 The principal street in Bridge of Allan; extending from the bridge over the Allan at the west end of the village, eastward to the entrance to Manchester House dividing, as it were, the village into two parts. There are a few grocer & other shops chiefly on the south side of this street in the old part of the village. The houses are all two storeys high. The name is given to this street in compliment to Sir James Henderson, of Westerton.
