009.13 | The remains of the old Church stand in the burial ground the end wall is still standing and part of the side walls which have been railed across in front and it is now used as a burying place. The bell is still on the top of the end wall and on it the dates 1618 and 1726. The first is the date when it was first put up and the second when it was recast. There is no record of the age of the Church but it is supposed to be about the same date as the bell |
