032.04 This name applies to a square plantation standing on the top of a steep ridge which rises abruptly on the north & south sides from the low grounds. East & west the ridge extends a good distance but the top, beyond the extent shewn by a yellow Shade on the Examination Trace, becomes irregular & broken. This plantation about 20 years ago had a mound on it, as stated by the authorities quoted, about 5 feet in height or thereabouts. It was not regular. At present there are not the least remains of any artificial raising of the ground within the plantation, which was the cause of its being levelled. The same authorities know that Urns have been found in it, but they never saw them, and it is likely they were found more than 80 years ago. The same belief with respect
