There is Allum made here from blaes or ore - that which is found between Limestone & Coal, Red Prussiate of Potash & Yellow Prussiate as well as Prussian Blue. There are mines on this property for obtaining Allum ore as at "Tarfin Mine". (Trace 3. 27-16.) It is the property of & wrought by Mr. C. M. King. |
