mine going here just now. This & Sculliongour Lime & Coal Works are the same with respect to the position or strata of the mineral, but there is a difference between these old workings & the Derry "Coal & Lime Works", also on Glorat Estate, which latter (Traces 6 & 4. 28.9 & 10) have been wrought principally for coal, hence Lime has been written before Coal at Sculliongour & Glorat Works.

028.09 A Steep and natural glen which has one of the Ancient Caledonian Forts on its west side. A cot house at the south of the glen on the west side also bears this name, but it has not been repeated as the name may be understood, & belongs properly to the glen alone.
