004 This corrie extends from the eastern top of Ben Lomond about 30 chains northwards enclosed on the east side by a very steep precipice and on the west by the steep fall of the height on which the Trigl. [Trigonometrical] Pole stands. The Name signifies the Byre or cowhouse Corrie and is so called from its sheltered position
