Mr. William Halby		 021.01 A middling sized stream, which rises near the north base of the Campsie Hills, and after a course of about 3½ miles falls into the EndricK Water at EndricK Bridge. The name Maucher Burn is applied to this stream during its course through the moorland, and Boquhan Burn to the remainder of it. there is only a very small portion of it occurring in Balfron parish.
