039.01; 039.02 A curved oblomg mound about 24 yards long 10 broad and 8 feet high, situated about 4 chains north east of the houses at Challister said to be an ancient Burial mound. It appears to be composed chiefly of small broken stones, having the appearance of being burnt. There is no tradition relating to it.
