003A This name is given to a group of rocky islands in the Atlantic Ocean, lying off Coigach, and near the extreme point of that district. The two largest of them - namely, Tanera More and Isle Ristol are inhabited, and all of them are Stocked with Sheep and Cattle in the winter. Eilean Mullagach is the most northerly, Tanera More the most Southerly, and Glas-leac Mòr the most westerly of the Group, which is the sole property of the Duchess of Sutherland.
The whole group is in Cromartyshire Det. [Detached] and belonging to Lochbroom parish
also the following islands Stac Mhic Aonghais, Sgeir Neo-ghluasadach, Sgeir Revan, Sgeir nam Mult, Eilean Dubh, Carn Iar, Carn Deas, Sgeiran Glasa, Bottle Island, Priest Island, Carn nan Sgeir, Meall a Chaorruinn, Horse Island, Glas-leac Beag, and Isle Martin.
