In accordance with your
order of the 21st Decr [December] I have again
Called on the Authorities with
respect to the proper mode of
writing this Parish name on
the Ordnance Survey Plans.
Mr Greig Schoolmaster.
Session clerk, and Registrar of
the Parish, States that he would
recommend the adoption of
Knockbain as the Parish name
as he uses it now in all the
returns he has occasion to fill
up.
