088; 089; 099; 100 The parish of Killearnan is in the Presbytery of Chanonry, Synod of Ross. It is bounded on the north by that part of the parish of Urquhart and Logie Wester which forms a detached part No. [Number] 5 of the County of Nairn; on the north west by the said parish in the County of Ross; on the West by the parish of Urray; on the south by the Moray Firth; and on the east and north east by the parish of Kilmuir Wester and Suddie. A detached portion of this parish is locally situated between the parish of Kilmuir Wester and Suddie & the parish of Urquhart and Logie Wester. A portion of Glebe Land (Detached from the main body of the Glebe of this parish) which belongs to this parish, is situated within the north east of the parish see Sheet 99 plan 4. Another portion of Glebe Land ( Detached from the main body of the Glebe of this parish)which belongs to this parish, is locally situated in the parish of Urquhart and Logie Wester see Sheet 88 Plan 16. There is a small portion of Glebe Land, which belongs to the parish of Kilmuir Wester & Suddie, which is locally situated in the north West of the parish of Killearnan . This portion is detached from the main body of the Glebe of Kilmuir Wester and Suddie parish.
