090 This name is applied to a Spring well of great celebrity situated on the northern Bank of Munlochy Bay about 2 miles from the village of Munlochy it is annually resorted to by numbers of invalids on the first Sunday of Summer it is customary for them to wash their face or disease with a piece of Cotton or linen which they leave at the well with the belief that their disease remains with it It has no mineral properties and is the property of James Fletcher Esqr.
