003 This is a plain Stone building belonging to the dissenting Presbyterian church of Scotland it has no loft. it is divided into stalls with a plain Pulpit of wood painted Dark Colour &c there is no Vestry attached it is slated and in good repair. Situated on the road Side from Stornoway to Ness about 23 1/4 miles from the former and 3 3/4 from the Port of Ness.

003 This is a Small plain neat Slated House two story high occupied by the officiating Minister of the Free Church adjacent there is no Glebe attached there is a Small portion of arable land attached which is enclosed by a good Sod fence the house is in very good repair.

003 This is a large concern considering the country. built by the former proprietor of the Lewis and used during his time as a Distillery the same as that in Stornoway. A portion of the building is now used as a Corn Mill and Known in this country by this name. it is rather in bad repair, it is two story high there is no Scarcity of water into dryest Summer. Situated on the margins of Amhuinn Dhail and about 20 chains east of the Free church.
