firm lines, those in the interior are rotten. These walls are of massive structure being nearly 5 feet broad. There is a date (1689) cut in stone on the South Side of the east wing. This is supposed to be the date when the mansion was [] far completed. The remaining Portions have been added during the last 30 years. These particulars have been gathered from Mr. Hamilton, one of the authorities quoted.
