086 3 large boulders set up edge ways and part of a circular valum, or bank of earth, situated on the side of a public road on the south side of Eastmuir Wood. There is no local tradition respecting them. But the Rev [Reverend] Mr. Park believes it to be the remains of a Druidical Temple. The name Cupar Stone for this object is not well known in the locality. But still it appears on the Estate Map
