118 Upon the Summit of Ben Efrey are situated the remains of a Camp the origin of which is doubtful to many, but when its position is considered, as well as its forming one of the chain extending from Caerpon to the Wall, its erection may be attributed to Agricola. This camp has had a triple rampart of Stone, and earth on the South Side which is the weakest.
