A small parish in the County of Perth, it is bounded on the north by the parish of Longforgan on the east by the parish of Inchture; on the south by the parish of Kinnaird; and on the erst by the parish of Cargill. This parish, formerly a vicarage, in the Deanery of Dunkeld, is in the Presbytery of Dundee, and Synod of Angus and Mearns. Patron, the Crown. Stipend 159 £ 11s 3d with a Manse and Glebe valued at 14£. There are no detached portions of this parish nor are there any detached portions of any other parish situate within it. The parish contains about [blank] statute acres. |
