It lies to the s. west of Kirkwall and is bounded on the east by the parish of St Ola, on the north by the parishes of Firth & Stenness on the south by Scapa Flow & on the west by Clestrain Sound. It comprises the island of Cava and a few small skerries. This Parish is in the presbytery of Cairston & Synod of Orkney.
