012.15 A fall of water on "Dalserf Burn", named from the old mill which stood somewhere here. There is a very large stone in the centre of the burn below the fall. The name is well known in and about Dalserf.

018.15 "Whinstone Linn", on the same burn, lies north of the "Old Mill Linn". It is also a well known name , and is taken from a remarkable ledge of whin, running northwards, on the east side of "Dalserf Burn".
