034.09 A small oval shaped artificial knoll, 210 feet by 120 at its base, its top is a level right angled space of about 90 feet by fifty, about 35 feet high from the natural surface. its sides slope at about an angle of 45° and are wooded. "There is a large moat at the west end of the town, 120 paces round at the base, 54 at top, and 36 feet high. The laws made have been administered from the artificial hill".
