A. McMillan n.s. Glenhead via Newton Stewart
014 A pond or very small lake near the Summit of 'Craiglee' There is no Stream flowing into or out of it. And it appears to be supplied by some spring within itself. My authorities allege that this object derived its name from its being the haunt of deer when the adjoining And Surrounding neighbourhood was a forest.
