[North] West side of the parish of Kells (hence the name) and extending from the River Dee at Craigwhannel in a Northerly direction comprehending, "Craigwhannel" "Darow" "Little &. "Meikle" Mylea" "Milldown" "Millfire" and "Corserine" on the border of Carsphairn. From many parts of this range a most extensive view of the surrounding country can be obtained.
