It is bounded on the east by the parishes of Kirkhill, and Kiltarlity & Convinth; on the south east and south by the parish of Kiltarlity and Convinth (Detached) on the west by the parishes of Kintail and Glenshiel; and on the north by the parish of Urray. The last three parishes are in the County of Ross.
A detached part of Kilmorach parish is situated on the West side of the River Beauly and surrounded by the parish of Urray in the Counties of Inverness and Ross
