It is supported by Donations, Voluntary Contributions and Bequests. It is situated on the North side of the Town adjoining the public bleaching green in a healthful situation & commanding excellent prospects in every direction. Its management is conducted by a Board of Directors & the Institution is incorporated by Royal Charter. The building comprises Male, Female and Medical Wards, with necessary accomodation for resident officials, Matron &c. &c. and can accomodate 250 Indoor patients. The Medical Superintendent is Mr. E. Williams M D [Doctor of Medicine] |
