018 A rough or rocky hill top on the ridge between the East & West Burns of Glenmoye "Craigdamf" which appears on the Estate Plan is considered by the Proprietor to be the old name. (which probably has been lost sight of in the locality) and he is desirous that the popular name, as well as that given on the plan should appear on the Ordnance maps. The name is therefore adopted in the double form.
