Pitskelly Cottage [note]
Victoria Cottage is the name generally
known, but Mr. Waugh tells me that
Lord Panmure has changed the name to
Pitskelly Cottage. It is so named in Rental.
[Initialled] J.K.
Lochend [note]
Little?
The "Lochend" farm on the adjoining
plan. I have made enquiries to
find if they are distinguished from
each other by one being termed
"West Lochend" or "Little Lochend". Both have
the same name. Lt. [Lieutenant] Davidson says his property is
only a feu, and he has no objection to its being
termed "Lochend Feu". Thinks it had better not
be written on plans
[Initialled] J.K.
There is a farm (on
adjoining plan) close to
this house [----]
called Lochend [remainder is too faint to decipher]
