[Note - North Lambie Letham] There is another farm house of this name in page 19. It appears that the difference of Spelling adopted in the rent receipts and Plan of Estate is to distinguish the one from the other But it is evident they ought to be spelled alike and as the terms North & South used in Stat. Acct. [Statistical Account] and on county map are applicable. It is therefore better adopt this distinction on ordnance plan.
