A small but plain and well built mansion house two stories high in good repair with suitable offices and a small but well enclosed garden and a large farm of arable & pasture ground. but now mostly all under cultivation around the mansion and office houses is about two acres of ornamentally wooded ground no more being kept as demesne land. the whole residue being under cultivation It is the property and also the occasional residence of Nathaniel [Spires] Esqr. of Craigsanquhar. |
