025 A Manufactory comprising some stone buildings in which about 100 women are employed in the bleaching of new made shirts principally by Steam power. This might more properly be styled a Bleach Works, but in the language of the Trade it is as authorized here, and it is always, both in speaking & writings, called "Holm Bleachfield". It is the property of, and wrought by, J. Siloss Esqr.
