[Company] as a feeder for carring the water from the Luggie from which point until the "Board Burn" joins it near "Cuilmuir" in Cumbernauld it forms the Parish By. [Boundary]. Its name is also derived from carrying off the Moss Water of Mosses on "Drum Mains" & near Condorrat in Cumbernauld.
