This appears to have been a Well Constructed Camp as there are two circles yet remaining in excellent preservation. it is Situated close to Shielburnfoot. Near it is also a small Camp having but one Circle, both Commanding extensive views of the adjoining Valley. These are Stated in the locality to be Roman Camps.
