A very prominent Hill on the N [North] of Capel Burn & E [East] of Milk Water there is two British Forts, the former on the top & the latter on a Gentle slope of the hill.

It is situated on a gentle slope on Newland Hill only 3/4 of it are visible: it is very well preserved on the South side.
