A hill feature, of moderate elevation, on which are vestiges of a British Fort. Consists of a bank, and fosse, on the west side, the East side fortified by Nature, being a steep of considerable length.

A british fort. The remains consists of a deep ditch, and double banks, which form about half a circle, and faces the west. It does not appear to have been fortified on the East, the hill on that side being steep, and form a sort of natural defence.
