Transcriber's notes

check Shielddykes & Hill - Descriptive Remarks - Corrodow seems to be written 'Corredow'. It was also written with this spelling on p41 and corrected to 'Corrodow'

Blaeberry Craig - Descriptive Remarks - the last word of line 2 is not clear. Possibilities I have considered are coarse, land, sand, wood, covered, but none of these really fit - individually the letters look most like 'coand' On p.40 there are examples of land and Land by the same hand for comparison. I think covered is the most likely in this context - perhaps 'coverd' is what is actually written, although the 've' part of that word is certainly not clear.
