ALLT DUBH-CHAIRN | Allt Dubh-charn | Capt. [Captain] Gunn Braehour James Morgan Olgrinmore R. Campbell Athan Salach |
022 | Rises in a hollow between Dorrery, and Olgrinmore, not far from Bothan Chailean. It pursues a Southerly course, to a confluence with Allt Achadh na Coille, and afterwards, flowing South east wards, it falls into the Olgrinbeg Burn near Brachour. The name is supposed to be derived from a farm Steading, which is said to have stood Somewhere near Brachour, but nothing of it is now to be seen. |
