017.15 A rectangular built Farm House with outbuildings attached. The origin of this name is, that the site of the village of Hilton or, Hill Town is now occupied by the farm, and is the property of Henry Trotter Esqr. Morton Hall, tenanted by Mr. Balwer.

017.15 The remains of this ancient Church, are very small, only a portion of the East side remaining, but the foundation is distinct, as well as the inscription on many of the Head stones in the Grave yard, and perfectly legible. The Bell was preserved until very recently by the Minister of Whitsome,
