Transcriber's notes

Nunlands: The words "three storeys" and "two" have been deleted and replaced by "2 stories" and "1" and the letter "s" in storey[s] has been deleted. This appears to have possibly been done by the examiner as they are in a different ink - as is the text from = onwards.
The name of the prior William Drax was confirmed from Wikipedia entry on Coldingham Priory - para 3.1 lists priors names.
