It rises about 1 mile N.N [North North] East of Scenes Law, passes Byrescleugh Horseupcleugh, & Longformacus & joins the Whiteadder about a Mile West of Ellemford. It is considered to be a good fishing stream for Trout - & is Much frequented by Anglers.
