It is cultivated to its summit on the south side but the north is rocky heathy pasture. It is tenanted by Mr Cowe and is the property of Sir John Hall Bart. [Baronet] Dunglass. There was formerly a Telegraph station on the summit of this Hill, on account of which, it derives its name. |
