015.11 A large Druidical cairn a quantity of stones has been removed from it leaving it almost level with the surface of the earth. but as yet it has never been opened for Antiquarian research. the name appears to have arisen from an old belief that the place was haunted by a Ghost and at this cairn St. Knauchland conjured or subdued it. It is likewise known by the name of Devils Cairn.
