AN URN FOUND HERE [Cairn Hill] 016.12 Another Urn similar to the above was found on Cairn Hill it is now in the possession of W J Harvey of Carnousie. this one is referred to in the Statistical account as being found on the hill of Greywacke
A STONE COFFIN CONTAINING AN URN AND HUMAN REMAINS FOUND HERE [Mill of Ribrae] 016.12 Two Urns were found near Mill of Ribrae containing ashes, they were both found enclosed by stones in the shape of a coffin, four flat stones being set on edge covered on the top with a large flat one a few bones were also found in one of the graves along with the urn.
