It is bounded on the South by the parish of Boharm; on the west by the parishes of Speymouth and Urquhart; on the east by the parish of Rathven; and on the South-east by the parish of Keith; & on the north by the Moray Firth. The parish of Bellie is partly in the Co [County] of Banff and partly in the Co[County] of Elgin. The portion in the Co [County] of Banff contains about 8186 Statute acres, and is Situated in the north of the parish, the remainder, which is in the Co [County] of Elgin contains about 5067 Statute acres, and contains also the town of Fochabers and the parish church.
